With an overwhelming number of online courses available, workers need support to navigate the options available to them so they can understand time commitment, costs, quality and ultimately, what future jobs or careers they might lead to. Personalised support
A worker might want personalised support, advice and guidance expertise from an individual, or a group of peers undergoing the same career transition journey. This type of support might provide advice and reassurance, and help a worker figure out what to do next. While in-person career advice provides intense support, it’s often an unrealistic option for time-poor workers with other commitments.
